Movie 33 Review: Dragonball Evolution

Chow Yun-fat, what are you doing?

Review after the jump

"Dragonball Evolution" is a Teen Action Adaptation Movie from the Franchise "Dragonball" and was directed by James Wong ("The One", "Final Destination", & "The X-Files"). It stars Justin Chatwin ("Middle Of Nowhere", "War of the Worlds", & "Traffic") as Goku, James Marsters ("Superman: Doomsday", "P.S. I Love You", & "Shadow Puppets") as Piccolo, Randall Duk Kim ("Kung Fu Panda", "Memoirs of a Geisha", & "Thief") as Grandpa Gohan, Chow Yun-fat ("Hard Boiled", "City on Fire", & "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon") as Muten Roshi, Emmy Rossum ("The Phantom of the Opera", "Mystic River", & "Dare") as Bulma Briefs.

"Dragonball Evolution" is about a alien named Piccolo who, you guessed it, tries to take over the World. And it's up to a young man named Goku to save the World.

This movie has very little to do with the original Dragonball, and I feel justified in saying that other than Gigli, this is the worst movie ever.

And I think that about covers it.

Yup
